I think students shouldn't use their cellphones during class time.
I have 3 reasons. First, it is disturbance for other students and teacher. Second, cellphones makes noise sound. So it is disturbance for other class.Third, if we use cellphones during class time, students can't study well. Then their parents will be angry, so they trashed their cellphones.
